Founder
Built on decades of industry leadership
QANTARIS is led by Paulo Paiva dos Santos, the pharmaceutical entrepreneur who founded Generis in 2002 and grew it into Portugal’s largest generic pharmaceutical company.
A Harvard Business School and Oxford alumnus, Paulo scaled Generis from start-up to industrial powerhouse before its acquisition by the Aurobindo group. Today he is based in Dubai, where he serves as President of the Portuguese Business Council, established by Dubai Chambers.
