14.2 The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to Section 14.3.

14.3 Notwithstanding Section 14.2, where you access the Website as a consumer resident in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory local consumer protection rights that cannot be waived (including within the European Union or the United Kingdom), nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of those rights, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14.4 We reserve the right to bring proceedings against you for any breach of these Terms in the courts of your country of residence or in any other jurisdiction with authority to hear the matter.
